What to expect
Our workshops range from 2 to 5 hours and are tailored to suit your school's needs.
Our experienced coach will come directly to your studio, bringing high-quality equipment including mats, air tracks, and other training aids to support a safe and effective learning environment.
We’ll work closely with you to design the perfect workshop for your students. Choose from a range of focus areas, such as:
- Tumbling or specific skill focus (e.g. back handsprings)
- Dance acrobatics skills and choreography
- Tricking and parkour
- Leaps and jumps
- Flexibility and stretching
- Strength and conditioning
