A fun-filled day designed to help students develop and progress their acrobatics skills in an engaging and supportive environment.

The camp includes skill-based acrobatics training, partner and group work, strength and conditioning, and tumbling.

The camp will be held at Jennets Park Community Centre

Acrobatics Intensive Sessions with Coach Katie

These focused sessions are designed for advanced athletes looking to refine technique, build strength, and progress high-level skills in a supportive and challenging environment.

This will also be the beginning of our competitive and perfomance programme at Empower Movement Company. 

Online Bookings

As we continue to grow, we are looking to streamline our booking process and make it easier for you to manage your bookings.

Going forward, class, camp and private lesson bookings will be moving to our online booking system. This will allow you to book sessions more easily and help us provide a more efficient service.

We will provide clear information and guidance on how to use the new system ahead of the change.
