Our inclusive children’s acrobatics classes are designed to welcome kids of all backgrounds, offering them a fun, engaging, and supportive environment to explore their potential. Whether your child is a complete beginner or already has some experience in gymnastics, dance or acrobatics, our classes are tailored to help them develop new skills, build confidence, and stay active.

Our team of passionate, experienced coaches is dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where children feel safe to learn and grow. We focus on fostering each child’s confidence through positive reinforcement, celebrating progress, and turning challenges into learning opportunities. Each class follows a structured yet dynamic format designed to enhance your child’s physical abilities while keeping things fresh and exciting. Here’s what a typical session looks like:

• Warm-up: We start each class with a fun and engaging warm-up to get the body moving, increase flexibility, and prepare the muscles for activity.
• Skills-Specific Work: During the main portion of the class, students will work on a variety of acrobatic skills suited to their individual level. This may include tumbling, handstands, cartwheels, balance exercises and group work.
• Routine Building: As children become comfortable with different acrobatic skills, we help them integrate these into fun, creative routines. This teaches them how to connect movements and express themselves through performance.
• Cool Down & Stretch: Every session ends with a gentle cool down and stretch, helping the body relax and recover.
