- Behaviour: Maintain high standards of behaviour by being polite, patient, and refraining from using inappropriate language.
- Bullying and Harassment: Understand that bullying and harassment are unacceptable behaviours.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during training.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and be open to constructive feedback.
- Personal Responsibility: Take responsibility for your own actions and equipment.
- Equipment: Use equipment properly and only with the coach's permission.
- Manual Coach Support: Coaches will provide hands-on assistance to participants during sessions to ensure safety and facilitate skill progression.
Attire
- Clothing: Wear suitable, tight-fitting clothing to class.
- Hair: Keep your hair tied up and out of your face during training.
- Footwear: Train barefoot or, if necessary, wear gym shoes during all sessions.
- Jewellery: Remove all jewellery before classes.
Attendance
- Refunds: No refunds will be provided for missed classes, and substitutes are not allowed.
- Notification: Inform the coach in advance if you are unable to attend a session.
- Punctuality: Arrive on time for all classes.
- Consistency: Attend classes regularly to ensure steady progress.
Injuries and Illness
- Injury Disclosure: Inform the coach of any injuries you have.
- Treatment Communication: If you are receiving treatment for an injury, let us know so we can follow medical advice.
- Session Adaptation: We are happy to adapt sessions to accommodate injuries, though this may change the session's focus.
- Health: Only attend class if you are feeling fit and healthy.
- Coach's Discretion: Coaches have the right to contact a parent or guardian to collect a child if they believe the child is not fit to participate.
- Emergency Contact: Provide an emergency contact number within the enrolment form in case of sudden illness or injury during class.
- Return to Training: Follow any return-to-training guidelines provided by medical professionals after an injury or illness.

During Sessions
- Non-Interference: Avoid speaking to, distracting, or interfering with your child while they are in the session.
- Post-Session Communication: Wait until after the session is finished to speak with a coach.
Terms and conditions
Payment
- Timely Payment: Full payment for your child’s class must be made by the payment deadline specified in your invoice.
- Participation: Your child will not be able to participate in the class if payment has not been made.
- Refund Policy: Course fees are not refundable unless your place is taken by someone on the waiting list.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Once a course has begun, fees cannot be refunded. Including if your child is not able to attend a session.
- Fee Adjustments: All fees are subject to review.
- Financial Hardship: If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us to discuss payment options.
Photography/Videoing
- Training Aids: Video training aids will be used during class solely for feedback purposes and will not be shared with anyone.
- Marketing and Social Media: Videos may be taken during class for marketing and social media purposes. You have the option to indicate your consent for this on the enrolment form. Participants who have opted out will not appear in these videos.
